What personal data we collect and why
Deal-alert email registration
If you email us to register for deal-alert notifications, we will hold your email address for the sole purpose of sending you notifications when a verified humanoid robot deal becomes available for UK buyers. The lawful basis for processing this data is your explicit consent, given when you email us to request inclusion on the list. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@humanoidsale.co.uk and your address will be removed promptly.
We do not send marketing emails unrelated to verified deal notifications. We do not send a regular newsletter unless you have specifically requested one. Each notification email will include a clear unsubscribe instruction.
Contact enquiries
If you email us with an enquiry, deal tip or correction, we will hold your email address and the content of your message for as long as necessary to respond and, where relevant, to act on the information provided. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to your enquiry and maintaining the accuracy of this site.
Analytics
This site may use standard web analytics (for example Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. No advertising tracking, behavioural profiling or third-party data sharing for marketing purposes takes place. Cookies used for analytics are set only in accordance with PECR requirements. A cookie notice will be displayed on first visit.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use a third-party email service provider to manage the deal-alert list. Any such provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and does not use your data for its own purposes.
Data retention
Email addresses on the deal-alert list are held until you withdraw consent or until the list is discontinued. Contact enquiry data is deleted within twelve months of the last correspondence, unless there is a specific reason to retain it for longer (for example, an ongoing correction process).
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
